Summer is the perfect time to experiment with different drinks and cocktails and here's one I think would be great at a BBQ or just on a summer's evening in the garden with friends and family.
This recipe is so easy to make and tastes delicious, so I hope you give it a go.
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen peach slices
1/2 cup raspberries
1/4 cup orange juice
1 shot Peach Schnapps (optional)
1 shot Vodka (optional)
Lemonade (optional)
1. Freeze the peach slices overnight or for a couple of hours before you're planning to make your cocktail.
2. Once the peaches are frozen add them to the blender along with the raspberries, orange juice, schnapps and vodka and blend it all down until smooth.
3. Once its blended transfer to a glass and top it all off with a little bit of lemonade and enjoy!
